Dark Entity are A metal band from Baltimore, Maryland. They have a reputation for having an intense sound and lively performances. They have toured nationally and have opened for several national bands, sharing the stage with notable acts such as Soulfly, Kataclysm, Whitechapel, Revocation, Rest, Repose, Dying Fetus, Oceano, Carnifex, Doyle, and many more. Their tours have taken them into multiple markets, East Coast, Southern states, and the Midwest of the U.S., targeting major cities such as D.C., Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, Nashville, Detroit, Baltimore, and Philadelphia, to name a few.
In November 2025, they released their debut full length album, ‘Dehumanize’ produced by Matt Guglielmo (The Acacia Strain, End) recorded at Will Putney’s Graphic Nature Studios. Their first single, ‘Asmodeus’ dropped in September 2025, supported by a music video directed by Anthony Altumara (Stray from the Path), and a viral performance at a local Waffle House.
They have played over 100 shows, most recently, a sold out single release show that boosted them to internet virality, and a hometown Baltimore album release show at the legendary Ottobar, that solidified their position in the scene. They also have been known to host several pop-up shows in the east coast area that always pack out and leave memorable experiences for their audiences.
